Why are the bags not always the same size?

Our bags are handmade by artisans which explains the fact that the size is not always precise.

What is vegetable leather?
The vegetable leather is made with an environmentally friendly vegetable tannin.

Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are made in Morocco, in Fes.

Are your packaging ecological?
We order our shipping boxes through the packhelp company which guarantees 100% organic, eco-responsible, biodegradable and recyclable products.

Are you going to do a Vegan collection?
We are currently working on a Vegan collection, but it is taking shape. time, in fact vegan leather is less widespread and we are actively looking for a serious supplier in order to be able to offer you quality bags at a reasonable price.

Do you also deliver abroad?
The delivery of our parcels is made in metropolitan France, including Corsica and Monaco and in Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal) with Mondial Relay. We are currently working to allow deliveries in the French overseas departments and territories, throughout Europe and Australia.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number that we will send you once your order is placed. If you are unable to access your tracking number, do not hesitate to contact us at serviceclient@majessparis.com or via the site contact form.

Can I have it delivered elsewhere than to my home?
Of course, we can deliver to the pick-up point of your choice (see list available).

Is online payment secure?
We attach great importance to security during transactions. Your data is transmitted only in encrypted form, so that third parties cannot read it. Your credit card payment is processed by a certified security partner.

How can I pay?
The following payment methods are currently available:

  1. Credit card: The easiest method of payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. The store does not save your credit card details

Can I return an item?
You have 14 days from receipt of your package to make a return if your order does not suit you. However, the return costs are your responsibility. We will refund you the item (s) in question upon receipt and inspection of your return package. All you have to do is contact us on the e-mail address serviceclient@majessparis.com and indicated in the "REFUND" subject line. Don't forget to tell us your invoice number so that we can find the order to be refunded.
